Who will be processing my loans?

Process Assist have engaged a tried, tested and trusted company in Chennai, Southern India which has a proven track record of transaction processing, administrative, accounting, payroll and compliance services on behalf of 50 + companies throughout the world. These include Australian SMSF, accounting and banking industries.

How safe is the data I will be supplying?/What are the privacy act legalities I need to consider?

ISO certifications ISO9001:2008 and ISO27001: 2005 are held by the company processors. This control ensures strict protection of data according to global standards. Who do I contact if I have a problem with the data entry or with a file?

During the pilot you will be taken care of by Meredith Adam who has extensive operational knowledge and experience of offshore processing, mortgage broking and customer service.

What happens after the pilot?

We hope that you will continue to enjoy a mutually beneficial relationship with Process Assist. Please ask us for a summary of services we aim to provide. Fees will apply according to the level of service you select.

Who will the processors have contact with?

There will be no verbal contact with your client by the processors. Emails may be sent to your client using templates designed by Process Assist (or by you if you prefer). There may be some verbal contact from the processors in a business to business situation, but not from business to customer.

What services will you be supplying during the pilot?

The proposed scope of services for the pilot duration is:

  • Data entry of loan application to CRM and e – lodgement facility (application ready to submit by broker)
  • Checking supporting documents are sufficient for submission to funder
  • Follow up missing borrower documentation
  • Follow up lender progress
  • Regular loan status reporting

Is there a language barrier in communication?

All Process Assist operatives have a strong command of the English language and are able to construct clear communication messages where necessary. We are more than happy to introduce you to operatives who you might interact with on a day to day basis. The team will not at any time have verbal contact with your clients.

How secure will my data be?

Process Assist is fully compliant with the current privacy laws. Your data remains in Australia and is accessed by the Process Assist team only to enter the information on to the relevant administration platforms. Your aggregator and lending platforms are web-based and are housed on Australian based IT servers. Stringent policies ensure that your data is completely secure.

What’s the minimum number of staff I can employ through you?

That’s the beauty of Process Assist, you are not an employer, you are a member of a service provider who can increase or decrease capacity as your business requires. Process Assist has a pool of resources who are specialised in various back-office and administrative processes who will meet your expected service levels. We see ourselves as an enabler of growth without you having to worry.

How long is an outsourcing contract for?

Our services are flexible and our contracts are based on your needs. You may only want Process Assist to provide data entry or want the full subscription services full membership provides. We can tailor a contractual arrangement that suits you. All we ask is that for the pilot you give us a 3 month commitment to allow us to get you working with us effectively.

Do I have managerial control over my team?

You have full management control over the work you want undertaken. This includes prioritising work, type of communications that go out and when activities need to occur.

For what size organisations is outsourcing most suitable?
